As part of an effort to reduce fine dust and improve safety for mailmen, the government will revolutionize the means of mail delivery on roads. The science and environment ministries said Monday they will replace 10,000 out of 15,000 motorcycles for mailmen with eco-friendly electric vehicles over the next three years.
